An Important Message to our Valued Customers

Due to industry-wide production issues stemming from COVID-19, many of our products are experiencing longer than average shipping times. While we are working to update the site with accurate shipping estimates, our incoming call volume has risen substantially, which has led to longer hold times. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may be causing. Rest assured we’re working diligently to reach any customer who has requested contact via email or a return call. We’re truck enthusiasts who understand how eager our customers are to get their parts and upgrade their trucks. We ask for your patience as our service team continues to work toward addressing all of your questions, concerns, and return requests.

 

FAST, FREE SHIPPING (Lower 48 States)

Our centrally located warehouses allow us to offer FAST, FREE SHIPPING on all products we sell.

 

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@mytonneau.com

 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@mytonneau.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders can be cancelled FREE of charge if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. If you ordered the wrong product, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If the reason for return or exchange is due to an error made by myTonneau, the customer does not pay additional fees.

Any regular stock item can be returned for up to 30 days from purchase date. Special order products are not returnable. All product must be received in new, re-saleable condition. Any damage to packaging may incur a rebox fee. All returns MUST include a copy of the original invoice and a return good authorization (RGA). All returns are subject to inspection and must meet manufacturers' specifications to be eligible for return / credit.

Please keep in mind that products must be in the original packaging for possible courier pickup/inspection. Do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way. Please be sure to ship product back with insurance in case of accidental shipping damage. Within 10-15 business days refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
